Linear actuator Mini 01
Standard version:
- Three-phase/AC
- Stroke 3.9 inch
- Transmission 1-stage
- Fixing A
The Mini 01 linear actuator with integrated limit stop provides a lifting speed of up to 307 in/min and a lifting force of up to 360 lbs, depending on the gear ratio. The linear actuator has a compact design, making it ideal for applications in reversing mode with narrow installation conditions. Standard drives are splash-protected (IP54), optionally jet-protected (IP65). Additional options increase the number of application options substantially.
Furthermore, design-related adjustments are also conceivable for larger quantities so that the drive motor can be adapted individually to certain requirements.
You can find projects that have already been implemented here.
The Mini series covers lifting speeds of 1 to 386 in/min and a lifting force range of up to 4845 lbs with five sizes, the Mini 0, Mini 01, Mini 1, Mini 2 and Mini 3.
Dimensional drawing standard version
Dimensions marked with * indicate the drive length of a standard drive (i.e. a stroke length of 3.9 inch and a 1-stage or 1:1 transmission ratio). For longer stroke length and/or gear stages please add the corresponding dimensions x and y from the table below.

Duty cycle applies to 10 min. duty time.
For tensile loading, the maximum stroke force of the particular stroke speed applies.
The force and motor power stated at 40% and 60% will not change if the actuator is operated at 15% duty cycle.
