      Final solution design including D-FMEA, detailed (2D/3D) construction, parts list generation, test criteria definition, and target cost updates.

    4. Prototyping
      In-house production, procurement of components, assembly, and initial testing—supported by make-or-buy analyses and initial sample inspections.

    5. Design Validation
