From September 10 to 12, 2025, we will be at the International Conference on Gears near Munich – one of the most important conferences for gearing experts from industry and research. At our conference stand 11, we will be presenting innovative gear solutions for a wide range of industries and applications – from automation technology to medical technology and robotics. The conference, organized by the VDI Knowledge Forum in cooperation with the FVA and the Chair of Machine Elements at the Technical University of Munich, offers an ideal platform for professional exchange on the future of gearing and drive technology.
Our conference presentation will focus on exhibits from the field of gear and drive technology – from precisely manufactured gears, worm gear sets and gear components to complete assemblies made of metal, plastic and hybrid materials. As a specialist for customer-specific drive solutions, we cover the entire value chain – from development to production and assembly.
Our speeroX gearing technology is a particular highlight: with gear sets as a steel-steel pairing, robust drive solutions with high power density and high efficiency can be implemented. The wear-free material pairing offers a durable alternative to conventional gear concepts, which has already established itself in numerous dynamic applications. Following intensive research and further development, the speeroX material portfolio is now being supplemented by plastic-metal pairings. Thanks to the application-specific design of speeroX, noise- and space-optimized actuators can be realized, which are used particularly in the automotive environment.
We also underline our development expertise with our new gearing test rig for practical research and customer-specific development. The infinitely adjustable center distance enables realistic testing of both plastic and metal gears – both in continuous operation and under variable loads with different lubrication conditions. This means that application-specific characteristic values, project-specific validations and quick comparative tests can be realized efficiently – also as a service.
